Speaking during the launch of Nairobi, Let’s Talk, a weekly digital forum aimed at engaging city residents, Sakaja asserted that Nairobi has undergone visible transformation since he took office. Urban Restoration in the Central Business District Sakaja pointed to infrastructural and structural improvements across Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD) as primary evidence of progress. He noted that investments in paved walkways and updated street lighting have improved pedestrian movement and overall public order. “First place I’ll take you to the CBD. It’s different. There’s order, there’s dignity, there’s paved walkways, there’s proper Victorian lights,” Sakaja said.
